Accor is seeking a skilled Bell Captain to join our team at La Cigale Hotel in Doha. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle guests' luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
  • Rostering of Heartists, directing and supervising the Heartists under your hierarchy.
  • Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are upheld.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests' luggage.

Requirements:

  • Previous service experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm, and courteous at all times.
