About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect, Senior to join our team at Infor. As a Technical Architect, Senior, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and providing technical guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance to clients in a professional and organized manner.
  • Be responsible for the technical configuration of Infor M3 solutions.
  • Create Technical Specifications for Infor M3 business rules, business processes, interfaces, etc.
  • Design and execute the upgrade and migration of Infor M3 software releases with the customer.
  • Deliver customer-focused technical training in both formal and workshop formats.
  • Effectively apply solution knowledge to Infor's sales and delivery projects that are complex in nature and require consulting leadership.
  • Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching, and skills development.
  • Collaborate with an off-shore technical team to drive developments and customization.
Requirements/Experience
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English, with other languages being an advantage.
  • Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work and business experience.
  • Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages.
  • Technical knowledge: programming skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, or any other programming language.
  • Experience of several full project life-cycle implementations as Technical Lead Consultant or Technical Solution Architect.
  • Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts.
  • Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication that can effectively articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Highly self-motivated.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% - 30%.
Additional Requirements (Optional)
  • Technical implementation experience with enterprise software such as Infor M3 or other ERP applications or comparable enterprise business applications.
  • Experience with integration between ERP M3 applications (or similar systems) and other applications is nice to have.
  • Experience working in a Cloud-based environment (AWS).
  • Conceptual knowledge of OAGi standards, workflow, and integration methods and techniques (okay).
