Sales Leadership Opportunity in Emerging Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Caucasus region. As a key member of our Sales and Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively represent the L-ACOUSTICS brand and its values to customers and partners.
  • Travel throughout the region to drive sales growth and develop business relationships.
  • Assess and improve distributor performance in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Participate in annual budget preparation and provide regular sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional audio/video sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience with channel management in emerging markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Caucasus region and its markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual.
