Job Purpose:We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our teams in Paris, to provide support to our tender/project teams and to the wider business on all estimating matters and supporting the development and ongoing use of estimating/costing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of assigned proposals/offers within time, budget, and quality constraints, all tendering procedures, and the commercial strategy/offer established according to sales and client's requirements.
- Deal with our business development and sales teams, project managers, technical teams, estimating departments, finance, and legal departments on an internal level.
- Deal with our customers, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors on an external level.
- Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
- Develop plans for streamlining tender processes.
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to tender documents.
- Coordinate the preparation of qualification documents, sales documentation, and publication.
- Facilitate the transfer of the project to the project manager.
- Hold a Degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working in a similar position within the Oil&Gas Industry preferred.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Proactive and a driving force to make projects progress.
- C1 level of English and French (written and oral).
- Strong experience in an international environment.
