Job Title: Strategic Partner Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion with partners
  • Lead business design briefings to architect frameworks for partnerships to optimize mutual success
  • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans directly aligned with field goals and objectives
  • Champion Microsoft as a valued partner by aligning vision for tech and services with future opportunities
  • Understand and align partners' priorities, strategies, and goals with Microsoft's to build mutually beneficial account plans
  • Create local strategies to align capacity and capability of the partner to compete, gain, and win share for Microsoft solutions
  • Creates process to build and scale partner digital selling capabilities
  • Demonstrates a deeper and expert understanding of the industry and Partners' business and how it can be integrated into the Microsoft landscape
  • Sells account vision to senior business decision makers at highly sought-after partners
  • Leads Executive roundtables and updates on Microsoft's cloud and Industry strategies
  • Upholds Microsoft policies, procedures, and/or legal compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Proven experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales, and professional coaching/mentoring - OR equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English
