Regional Director of Southern European Sales

We are seeking an exceptional Regional VP of the Southern European Region Sales to spearhead our sales team and accelerate our regional business in collaboration with our dynamic partners.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales teams within the region, crafting sales strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and guaranteeing that targets are met and surpassed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams in a high-growth environment. You will be responsible for driving net new revenue growth in the region, identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and ensuring meticulous execution and continuous follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Hands-on ownership of the success of our sales team towards accelerated net new revenue growth in the Southern European Region.
- Strategic sales planning with a focus on hands-on execution, crafting and executing tailored go-to-market strategies for the region.
- Drive net new revenue growth, focusing on new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling to our existing customer base.
- Accountability, ensuring account executives are held accountable for generating a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets on a repeatable and consistent basis.
- Collaboration with partner account executives, fostering strong partnerships with regional VARs and other relevant partners in the region.
As Regional VP of the Southern European Region Sales, you will report directly to our Senior VP of EMEA and will be based in Paris. We are looking for a sales leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, who can drive innovation and growth in the region.
