Poste de Revenue Manager

En tant que Revenue Manager, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies de revenue management sur un portefeuille d'hôtels dédié, visant à atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité. Vous analyserez les données de performance passées, actuelles et futures, pour prendre des décisions stratégiques factuelles en matière de tarification et d'optimisation des revenus.

Vos principales missions seront :

  1. Élaborer, communiquer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de tarification compétitives et adaptées à chaque établissement pour optimiser les revenus et maximiser la valeur de chaque segment.
  2. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes terrain pour comprendre les spécificités/besoins de chaque établissement, construire et ajuster les stratégies de gestion des revenus et fournir un soutien et des conseils adaptés à chaque niveau de service.
  3. Maîtriser et ajuster le paramétrage des systèmes de gestion de distribution et de revenue management.
  4. Élaborer et communiquer des prévisions de revenus à court et à long terme et participer à la définition annuelle des budgets par segment en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles.
  5. Garantir le niveau de service défini dans les différents packages/offres de service RM.
  6. Participer activement aux projets de transformations et de croissance du service.

Profil idéal :

Issu d'une formation bac+5 en revenue management, hôtellerie ou marketing, avec une première expérience en revenue management, idéalement dans le secteur hôtelier.

Si vous êtes pédagogue, animateur de réseau, que vous faites preuve d'une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, et que vous aimez la performance, ce poste est fait pour vous.

Bonnes connaissances théoriques du Revenue Management, KPIs de gestion hôtelière.

Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel avancé en gestion de bases de données est un plus), connaissances des systèmes de gestion hôtelière.

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
