About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant Trainee to join our team at Carrefour. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of purchase orders and budget transfers
  • Prepare meeting materials and support documents
  • Coordinate leave requests and update holiday schedules
  • Verify and validate work situations and payment requests
  • Monitor asset utilization and prepare reports
  • Prepare administrative authorizations and insurance declarations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management Assistance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative assistance or reception agent (internship or apprenticeship)
  • Proficiency in Office suite and teamwork
  • Volunteer, rigorous, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
