Join Our Team as a Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Mirakl SAS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to our global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global departments
  • Build and maintain financial reporting and monitoring systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee revenue optimization and cost control initiatives to boost financial performance
  • Partner with top management leaders to provide analysis and strategic insights to drive business performance
  • Actively challenge and support the business to drive performance and strategic initiatives
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management
  • Manage and mentor a team of business controllers to ensure effective support for key departments
  • Lead initiatives to automate financial processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in financial modeling
  • Experience with process automation and advanced analytics tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments
  • Fluency in French and English required
