QSE Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) professional to join our team at Axians Réseaux d'Accès Bretagne. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising safety initiatives, managing safety tools, and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Implement and monitor QSE policies and procedures for the Vinci Energies group
• Coordinate and lead safety awareness and training sessions for personnel
• Participate in risk assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment
• Monitor safety indicators and produce regular reports on performance
• Manage safety tools and ensure their regular update
• Verify the application of procedures and perform regulatory follow-up (training, certifications, PPE, equipment, DU, regulatory compliance)
• Ensure regulatory and normative watch
• Design and pilot audit tools to measure QSE objectives
• Develop QSE reporting and dashboards

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in safety, quality, and environment, ideally with 5-10 years of experience in the construction, energy, or telecommunications sectors. You should have a solid understanding of safety regulations and standards, as well as experience in leading training sessions and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
