As a key member of our Revenue & Distribution department, you will play a vital role in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability for our portfolio of hotels. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing, and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, data, and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure effective revenue management practices
  • Produce comprehensive reporting and insights to inform business decisions
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a multi-property or cluster role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as econometrics or hotel management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Power BI and/or SQL is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch an advantage
