We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at DLSI. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
- CAP/BEP certification in a building trade (e.g. painting, plumbing, electrical) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials.
