EMEA Partnership Acceleration Manager

Deezer is a vibrant community that celebrates uniqueness, diversity, and individuality. We're seeking an EMEA Partnership Acceleration Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for accelerating subscriber growth and revenue for a set of partners in Deezer's largest market, EMEA. You will set and execute on the growth strategy for your partner portfolio, manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external teams, and ensure alignment of your partnerships to the overall company strategy.
- Build strong rapport with Partners in various companies, securing alignment across objectives, performance, resourcing, growth plans, and renewals.
- Develop and execute a detailed strategy to grow subscribers, revenue, and margins for your accounts.
- Regularly provide actionable insights, growth and optimization recommendations to Partners.
- Mobilize internal stakeholders to support Partnerships and keep them informed of key information.
- Be the internal expert on contractual commitments, deadlines, marketing activities, to ensure Partner and Deezer compliance with the agreements.
- Manage complex contract negotiations with partners and all key stakeholders involved with or affected by Partnerships projects.
