This is an exciting opportunity to join a close working and long-standing team who are incredibly passionate about all things property law and enjoy a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
The successful candidate will work on:
- Matters relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes
- Landlord and tenant issues, including rent arrears, break notices forfeiture and lease renewals
- Service charge disputes
- Dilapidations
- Breaches of contract
- Professional negligence
- Possession of land claims
- Trespass and unlawful occupation
- Party wall disputes
- Overage and coverage disputes
- Repossessions
Applications are invited from all those with experience in property litigation at a fee earning level and a very clear pathway to progression is available for all those looking to go to the top in this area of law.
