Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Human Resources Manager in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Manage office supplies, maintain the condition of the office, and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Organize employee gifts and awards, and plan employee events
  • Maintain preferred suppliers for accommodation and travel
  • Contribute to CSR events and support the development of our company
Requirements
  • First experience in an equivalent position or newly qualified graduates with less than three years' professional experience
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Good organizational skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Ability to work independently and well within a team
What We Offer
