About the Role
As a Data Scientist on our team, you will play a key role in improving and rolling out our Fraud Detection solution. You will work alongside our technical experts to develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business results.
This is a full-lifecycle role, and you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of subjects, acquiring extensive technical and professional experience in data science, data engineering, coding, business understanding, and client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Code-savviness, with the ability to write maintainable, production-quality code that runs every day without breaking.
- A clear understanding of statistics and machine learning problems, tasks, and common resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business acumen, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its challenges.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
