Job Title:
Regional Operations Manager
Wimoov is a pioneering social enterprise focused on enhancing independent, sustainable, and responsible mobility for at-risk groups.

As part of GROUPE SOS, a prominent social entrepreneurship collective in Europe, Wimoov is committed to fighting exclusion, ensuring equitable access to vital services, and innovating to address social, societal, and environmental challenges.


We are seeking a committed and seasoned professional to join our organization as the Regional Operations Manager for the Grand-Est Region.

In this position, you will oversee the strategic vision, advocacy initiatives, project execution, and expansion of Wimoov within the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the regional strategy in accordance with the organization's objectives
  • Establish and nurture collaborations with essential stakeholders and local enterprises
  • Oversee the operational and logistical dimensions of all initiatives
  • Ensure the financial viability of the regional project
  • Supervise the quality of mobility services provided by Wimoov
  • Direct the administrative and financial oversight of the platform
  • Uphold the principles and values of social entrepreneurship

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a social organization
  • Strong financial insight and operational management expertise
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in IT tools
