Vous rejoignez l'équipe Global Trade en tant que Head of Sales France. Dans cette équipe, vous assurez le développement de solutions de trade finance et de working capital (garanties, crédits documentaires, supply chain finance, structured export solutions, etc.) dans toutes leurs composantes, auprès de clients Corporates en France ainsi que des clients en Europe.

Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :

  • Prendre en charge une équipe Sales à Paris et assurer la coordination des plateformes EMEA (i.e. Milan, Madrid, Londres, Frankfurt) ;
  • Développer le business trade finance avec une vision moyen et long terme, en cohérence avec les objectifs de la ligne métier ;
  • Travailler étroitement avec le Coverage ;
  • Définir la stratégie commerciale et participer aussi au développement des nouveaux clients.

Profil et compétences requises

À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante, vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous

De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires. Une expérience en Trade and Export Finance serait un plus.

Vous maîtrisez :

  • L'approche commerciale sur des clients corporate en France et à l'étranger ;
  • Les produits bancaires Trade Finance (garanties, supply chain solutions, credits documentaires, Export Finance, etc) et les solutions de financements structurés ;
  • L'analyse des risques ;
  • Les problématiques liées au commerce international ;
  • La capacité à manager une équipe.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes :

  • Doté d'un fort tempérament commercial et orienté client ;
  • Reconnu pour votre esprit d'équipe et pour votre capacité à vous adapter ;
  • Dynamique et force de proposition.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
