Be part of our dynamic Marketing & Digital Team

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Product Information Manager. As a key member of our Marketing & Digital Team, you will be responsible for managing product information through our PIM system.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining product files for customers
  • Establishing product information files and defining a process to update information in the future
  • Providing first-level support and coordinating bug resolution with the development team, PIM team, and other stakeholders
  • Updating the user guide with extended features
  • Generating product datasheets using the new PIM system for our full portfolio

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the development team and interact with the plant, technical team, and sales teams
  • Contribute to the development and innovation of new projects, such as the Agilium platform and product compliance program
  • Participate in the deployment of the PAM Building subsidiaries

Requirements:

  • Currently studying in a BAC+3 in a BUT or BAC+5, engineering school, or university in the field of Engineering and Digital Technology
  • Fluent in English and comfortable in French (German is an advantage)
  • Meticulous, engaged, and possessing strong analysis and synthesis skills
  • Curious and open-minded problem-solver who enjoys teamwork within an international environment

About us:

Our Marketing & Digital team is made up of 5 people (3 nationalities represented) and we'll be welcoming 3 apprentices this year. We are in close collaboration with the EMEA Sales team (15 people with 10 nationalities represented) as well as the Marketing Teams in France, UK & Germany.
