Trilingual Client Advisor for European E-commerce Entity

Hermès is seeking a trilingual client advisor to join its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships from A to Z, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, analyzing, and following up on European e-commerce orders
  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to advise and develop sales
  • Making outgoing calls to proactively approach clients and improve the e-commerce customer experience
  • Being a driving force behind initiatives aimed at enhancing the e-commerce customer experience

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English, as well as a keen sense of service and a strong sense of priorities.

They will join a multicultural team and work in a human-sized environment that favors close-knit management, collaborative work, and team spirit.

Contractual information includes fixed-term and permanent contracts, 35 hours and 30 minutes a week, based in Paris (12th arrondissement), with working days from Monday to Friday and one Saturday worked per month.
