About the Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for driving business results through effective leadership of the account team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies to drive sales growth and deliver against company KPIs.">
  • Managing relationships with key retailers and identifying new business opportunities.">
  • Leading the account team to develop and deliver annual sales revenue plans.">
  • Ensuring in-store execution, standards of distribution, display, and promotion meet company expectations.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant senior sales experience working with FMCG companies.">
  • Fluent French and English language skills.">
  • A strong understanding of the French off-trade market and national relationships with major multiple retailers.">
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.">

Compensation Package

">

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses.
