Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Casino Marketing Manager to join our team in Bordeaux, France. As a key member of our Casino team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue in our core markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our casino product in multiple markets
  • Oversee all marketing operations to ensure they contribute to our global strategy and optimize performance
  • Build and deliver monthly operational plans, including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Operate promotional activities to optimize product usage and personalize actions at key lifecycle stages
  • Orchestrate the delivery of operations, coordinate operational teams, and implement optimum processes to guarantee operational excellence
  • Work closely with country and product directors to align strategy and priorities
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of CRM and promotions experts, effectively manage team resources, and prioritize activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Partner with data teams to implement measuring plans, identify product insights, and run player analysis
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or CRM
  • Proven experience in the gaming or sports betting industry
  • Proven analytical skillset, capable of translating data insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Energy and a real will to learn and improve
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with Portuguese a plus
