## Job Description

### Role Summary

As a Head of Growth Partnerships France, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue for HelloFresh France.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into actionable partnership plans
* Manage a team of 4 people, including Business Developers, Account Managers, and Offline Marketing Managers
* Own the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy, including budget management and ROI tracking
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
* Identify and develop new growth levers and channel development tactics

### Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in partnerships and affiliate marketing, including 2+ years in leadership roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
* Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships
