About the Role

FAYAT is seeking a skilled Procurement Accountant to join our team in Viry-Chatillon. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, verifying, and recording supplier invoices
  • Tracking and following up on supplier payments
  • Establishing and maintaining supplier payment schedules
  • Resolving supplier disputes and follow-ups
  • Monthly analysis of supplier ledgers
  • Monitoring supplier performance indicators
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
  • Reconciling intercompany accounts
  • Managing fixed assets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the procurement sector
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
