Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Global Marketing and Product Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de marketing et de gestion de produits à La Ciotat. Vous serez chargé(e) de la stratégie de marketing et de la gestion du cycle de vie du portefeuille de produits des prothèses vasculaires fabriquées à La Ciotat.

Missions
  • Apporter à l'entreprise votre connaissance de la spécialité et des marchés de chirurgie vasculaire, cardiaque et cardiothoracique sur lesquels Getinge est présent.
  • Agir en tant que porte-parole des clients pour l'entreprise.
  • Créer et gérer un plan stratégique pour le cycle de vie du portefeuille de produits et diriger le développement des feuilles de route des produits.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe marketing pour les implants périphériques, les partenaires interfonctionnels, les services transverses commerciaux et marketing clinique, le développement des thérapies mondiales et les opérations commerciales (mondiales et régionales) afin d'obtenir un alignement global sur les plans.
  • Identifier les possibilités de croissance du portefeuille.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec le département R&D pour explorer les possibilités de développement organique des produits.
  • Élaborer des analyses de rentabilité conceptuelles pour présenter des projets à fort potentiel à l'organisation.
Compétences requises
  • Diplômé(e) d'un Master/MBA en Marketing ou école de commerce.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire au sein d'une industrie dans le domaine de la santé, pharmaceutique, life science ou des dispositifs médicaux.
  • Expérience de la chirurgie vasculaire, cardiaque ou cardiothoracique.
  • Fortes compétences en négociation et en persuasion.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Esprit Forward Thinker, vous savez anticiper les tendances du marché et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
