Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area.
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
