As a People Experience Coordinator at Jobg8 (FR), you will be responsible for managing logistics for all aspects of CDC, including onboarding of talent, administration of CDC meetings, and preparation for CDC meetings. You will also oversee L&D delivery, population registration to all L&D programs, and collaborate with relevant Talent Managers and staffers to ensure correct case information is up to date. You will champion BCG X EVP benefits, eligibility, program administration, and tracking, ensuring people are aware of programs and leverage them to support their career aspirations and employee experience. You will contribute to employee experience of all CT talent, including career development, and actively work with CDA's and Global L&D to ensure depth of understanding of employee population being served. You will also work with Regional P&D team to deliver on a wide range of people experiences to drive culture, engagement and people development. You will be responsible for creating and/or updating regular reports as required, including headcount activity, reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition or other program reporting needs, and ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery. You will be flexible to take on people experience, L&D or other key people projects that impact region, global business or other relevant people experience as needed. You will be organized and keep others on track, love the details and focus relentlessly on accuracy, and have a OneBCG mindset and can build relationships with relevant BCG network to ensure we consistently support the best employee experience for our teams. You will have 8+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function, and some experience in HR systems, such as Workday, beneficial. You will have a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
