Join Our Team as a Lead Product Designer

Altavia, a global retail marketing services network, is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our Cloud team. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our cloud-based platform.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product designer with a strong background in UX and UI design. You will be responsible for leading the design of our cloud platform, working closely with our product management and engineering teams to ensure that our product meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of our cloud platform, ensuring that it is user-centered and meets the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with our product management and engineering teams to ensure that our product is developed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring that it is consistent and scalable.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform our design decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in UX and UI design.
  • Proven experience in leading design teams and managing design projects.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their role in product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
