Account Manager and Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are a leading holiday rentals management company based in Paris. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing homeowners with a revenue service that optimizes reservations on multiple online platforms.

Your Mission

We are looking for a sales and account management trainee to join our team. As a sales and account manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential partner properties, qualifying prospects, and selling the benefits of Homerez. You will also be in charge of maximizing the performances and revenue of your properties, animating your portfolio of B2C customers, and implementing a pricing and availability strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partner properties and qualify prospects
  • Sell the benefits of Homerez
  • Maximize the performances and revenue of your properties
  • Animate your portfolio of B2C customers
  • Implement a pricing and availability strategy
  • Be the central and main contact point of your customers for all questions
  • Develop the profitability of existing customers by identifying areas for improvement
  • Plan and monitor your clients' performance
  • Train homeowners on how to use Homerez's extranet
  • Follow up on conversion and evaluate KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and another language: Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian, and Greek. Basic knowledge in French is a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience within e-travel and/or travel industry
  • Team player, always motivated and positive
  • Quick and resourceful, proactive, flexible, and business-focused
