About the Role:

The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in the success of our most important customers by being recognised as the in-house expert who acts as the link between technical and business needs.

Working closely with the Account Management, Sales, Data Science and Product teams, you will provide the most reliable data points and context to support strategic decisions and customer growth.

This position combines analytical skills, organisation, and a 'Sherlock' mindset to drive business outcomes.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Ensure the successful onboarding of top customers by understanding their challenges and reporting on the added value of our solutions.
  • Become the troubleshooting expert for the Account Management team, identifying areas of inefficiency in campaigns activated with Scibids AI.
  • Recommend product improvements and automation to scale business managed with the same workload.
  • Build a clear picture of Scibids' success rate on various campaign and customer typologies.
  • Be the single point of contact between Technical and client-facing teams, owning the conversation and ensuring both sides receive necessary information.
  • Support the Account Management team by authoring training and documentation.

  • A very analytical mindset, passionate about troubleshooting and extracting business insights from datasets.
  • A strong understanding of business priorities and ability to make data 'talk' to support Scibids' messaging.
  • Ability to explain complex issues to non-expert audiences, both technical and client-facing.
  • Passion for problem-solving, identifying Account Managers' pain-points and explaining areas for business value.
  • Familiarity working with both Client Facing and Technical teams to achieve tangible outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree from a top engineering or business school.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience in Ad Tech.
  • 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist/Sales Engineer.
  • Successful experience in relation to business needs.
