Körber Pharma Software GmbH is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Pharmaceutical Consultant. In this position, you will work closely with our French and international customers to support their needs in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct suitability analyses of our MES solution to customer requirements, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
- Provide expert guidance and training to customers on our PAS-X MES software, empowering them to maximize its potential.
- Configure and deploy PAS-X at client locations, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
- Develop and deliver training programs for client associates, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize our MES software.
- Offer on-site support at client locations worldwide, addressing technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Coach and instruct Körber Pharma employees on PAS-X product content, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise.
- Onboard and mentor new staff members, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
- Manage customer process design specifications translation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of completing activities, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
- Test the PAS-X software against developed specifications, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Your Profile
- 2-10 years of experience in software support, with a strong background in large-scale applications (ERP/MES/LIMS) and consulting/training roles.
- Proven expertise in regulated industries, particularly in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments (FDA, GMP, non-GMP, system validation and qualification).
- Familiarity with MES and PAS-X software, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in French, English, and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
