We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of P&C Long Tail Business. This is a unique opportunity to lead our P&C Long Tail business operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate P&C Long Tail risks
- Lead the development of underwriting and pricing models to optimize business performance
- Manage claims and risk management processes to ensure efficient and effective resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate systemic risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, risk management teams, and external partners
- Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C Long Tail business operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and risk management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, with ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
