Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bar team and ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage bar operations, including inventory and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategies to improve bar sales and profitability
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the bar area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Fluency in English is compulsory, knowledge of other languages is a plus
