Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Paris as part of Brioni France SAS.

Your Role

  • Provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience to clients, guiding them across the Brand and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Carry out sales and clienteling actions to maximize individual and store targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
  • Contribute to teamwork and accomplish goals set by Store Management.
  • Effectively use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
  • Gather information about the market, including new trends, events, competitors' activities, and products.
  • Interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and the company.
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand.
  • Fluent in English and French, with another language being a plus.
  • Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
  • MTM specialization is a plus.
  • Listening and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a multicultural context.
  • A proactive individual with a self-development attitude.
  • Sense of ownership and ability to work extended periods on the sales floor.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.
