This senior role requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales within the industry and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition and account management, with a focus on road, air, and ocean freight solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, focusing on freight forwarding solutions.
  2. Account Management: Retain and grow existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, targeting domestic and international markets.
  4. Portfolio Management: Leverage your network and industry contacts to expand the company's client base.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the freight forwarding industry, with expertise in road, air, and ocean freight.

  3. Account Management: Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts.
  4. Network: Established portfolio of industry contacts is a strong advantage.
