Uptoo est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les commerciaux et managers commerciaux en France. Nous sommes le 1er concept de création, gestion et animation des parties communes d'immeubles de bureau.

Notre mission est de réenchanter l'univers du bureau en créant des espaces inspirants, en apportant de la vie et en donnant du sens au lieu de travail.

Vos missions

Vous serez chargé(e) de gérer la réponse aux appels d'offre, de participer à la soutenance, de mener la négociation commerciale et de signer les contrats. Vous devrez également manager la relation client sur la durée, assurer un suivi des sites gérés et développer une relation personnalisée avec chaque client. De plus, vous devrez développer le portefeuille clients, prospector dans le secteur de l'immobilier de bureau, détecter de nouveaux projets, identifier et contacter les prospects. Enfin, vous devrez effectuer l'analyse et le reporting de l'activité, mettre à jour le CRM, élaborer des Account Business Plans, analyser les résultats...
