Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at AccorCorpo. As a key member of our Global Talent & Culture department, you will be responsible for promoting our company culture and values through impactful employer branding, talent acquisition initiatives, and projects aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and roll-out targeted Employer Branding Campaigns for our different audiences.
  • Closely collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the cascading of our global Group Employer Brand platform to our 3 top priority brands.
  • Advise regions, brands, and corporate departments to develop their local recruitment communications campaigns based on our Group EVP.
  • Develop Employee Advocacy mechanisms to empower colleagues across all regions and departments to share their experiences working at Accor.
  • Lead the E-Reputation monitoring process across global platforms with the support of our agency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Employer Branding, or HR Communications.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, with strong organization and adaptation skills.

Working Environment:

  • Based from the Accor Global Headquarters in Paris, France (Issy-les-Moulineaux).
