About the Role

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, offering a suite of financial products that includes the world's largest digital-asset exchange.

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategy and providing expert advice on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a mentor to foster the growth of legal acumen across the organization through training sessions designed for business partners and non-legal associates.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of the legal team's operations, including but not limited to billing, contract management, and document control.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on complex legal matters, including regulatory inquiries, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Significant international experience (APAC, EMEA) is advantageous.
  • Possess excellent mastery of the English language, both in written and spoken form.
  • Manifest the ability to excel in a high-intensity, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple high-priority tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in dealing effectively with regulatory inquiries, processing information requests, and leading investigations is a significant advantage.
  • Exhibit solid legal technical expertise coupled with astute business acumen and people management skills.
