About the Role

We are seeking a Personal Client Advisor to join our Bolbec (76) branch, where you will be a privileged point of contact for clients and manage a portfolio in the Personal banking market.

In an omni-channel approach, you will offer a range of products and services to meet and anticipate client needs, contributing to achieving the branch's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products and services to clients
  • Expand client portfolio through appointments and phone activity
  • Acquire new clients through recommendations and prospecting, ensuring quality relationships
  • Refer clients to specialized Advisors (wealth management, professional,...)
  • Manage client risk and handle pre-collection
Requirements

We are looking for a holder of a Bachelor's degree in commerce/banking, with experience managing client portfolios in the Banking & Insurance sector.

Proficiency in banking techniques, sales, tax, and family law is required, as well as being thorough, methodical, and well-organized.

A strong desire for success and commitment to quality are essential for this role.
