Senior Business Analyst in Life Sciences

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in executing high-profile digital and IT projects for major global pharmaceutical firms. Your proficiency in evaluating intricate business processes, especially in the oncology domain, along with your understanding of analytics or AI, will be vital for the success of these projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between business requirements and technical specifications to guarantee smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document comprehensive business requirements for extensive digital and IT projects within the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform in-depth business process evaluations and identify areas for enhancement.
- Maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Work alongside technical teams to develop functional and technical specifications that align with business objectives.
- Leverage your expertise in oncology and analytics/AI to inform business analysis and decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is preferred.
- Over 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in digital or IT project delivery within large global pharmaceutical organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in high-visibility programs and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Oncology experience is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics or AI is a significant asset.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
