Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) Role

Yardi Systems is seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to join our Global Solutions Team. As an ATAM, you will play a key role in providing technical support for our software solutions, collaborating closely with clients, and ensuring a seamless experience during product implementations and software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Yardi's software solutions via email and phone
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve software issues and provide exceptional customer support
  • Follow up on issues requiring additional research or information from clients
  • Ensure thorough and timely resolution of client inquiries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and SQL Server
