About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to assist the Purchasing/Loading Dock Manager in sourcing, selecting, and purchasing goods and services that meet our quality and price criteria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with Accor's National Purchasing and Procurement Policies.
- Coordinate loading dock operations, stores, and invoice receiving, ensuring inventory supplies meet hotel operational requirements.
- Accurately record transactions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
- Service-oriented with a meticulous eye for detail.
