Alstom is driving innovation in the mobility sector, and we're seeking a Program Manager to lead our digital solutions. As part of our Digital & Integrated Systems business, you'll oversee the development of our Alstom Urban CBTC Signaling Solutions, including Urbalis 400. This system has been successfully deployed on over 100 projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the program baseline for systems and products, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Structure and coordinate the baseline core team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

• Interface regularly with product development teams and other program managers as needed.

• Propose and maintain a detailed roadmap for development and sustaining, aligned with solution and project needs.

• Manage and control baseline QCD in compliance with QCD commitments.

• Coordinate program work packages, risks, and mitigation plans with concerned departments.

• Ensure close coordination between program and project teams.

• Manage metier resources allocated to the program, provide leadership, and ensure teams fulfill their duties efficiently.

• Implement effective governance cycles with structured KPIs and dashboards for reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 2/3 years of experience in system/product engineering or project/program management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft.

• Engineering background with a full lifecycle view of project deployment.

• Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management.

• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.

• Hands-on experience in customer relationship management for deliverables and scope.

• 3/5 years of experience in engineering or industrialization, or in support functions with high-level activities.

• Products and services knowledge in different market segments, such as urban, mainline, F&M, network, and telecom.

• Economics and finance knowledge in R&D environments.

• Engineering product development full lifecycle view.

• Safety background.

• Hardware, software, IT technology background.

• Knowledge of main development management methods.

• Communication skills in a technical environment.

• Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership).

• Risk assessment and opportunities, and ability to anticipate and mobilize the team to reach objectives.

• Decision-making ability.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Analytical and critical thinking.

Located in Saint-Ouen, France, you will be part of our Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems business, working closely with on-shore project teams in Australia.
