Technical Customer Success Manager

Brevo is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Team in the Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical portfolios and serving as the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients from onboarding to renewal, driving adoption of Brevo's platform.
- Employ a data-driven approach in managing client portfolios.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within client portfolios.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to API, deliverability, and other Brevo features.
- Establish critical goals and KPIs for clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Deliver product demos and training to educate clients on Brevo's platform.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Care teams, serving as the voice of the customer for Product and Marketing teams.
- Provide feedback on churn reasons and identify areas for improvement to prevent future churn.
- Fluent in French.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Experience working with RESTful technology and APIs.
- Strong ability to understand, manage, and drive customer needs and strategy.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to drive issue resolution and work collaboratively with all departments.
- Data-driven and team-player.
