En tant que Commercial Relationship Manager chez Athena Business School, votre principal objectif est d'accompagner les clients et de les satisfaire en leur apportant la solution la plus adaptée à leurs besoins.

Vos missions principales incluent :

  1. Qualifier votre fichier de prospection clients
  2. Intégrer les informations dans notre CRM
  3. Mener des campagnes de « cold calling » et identifier vos cibles clients potentiels
  4. Identifier les besoins de vos prospects
  5. Veiller au bon déroulement du closing par téléphone
  6. Prospecter sur le terrain en face à face
  7. Présenter nos solutions - Être l'ambassadeur de la marque - Réaliser le reporting auprès de votre direction
Compétences requises

Vous devez avoir une bonne écoute et un bon sens du commerce. Vous devez également être capable de travailler en équipe et être à l'écoute des besoins de vos clients.
