Job Summary:

As a seasoned property manager at LE CABRH, you will be responsible for the complete management of properties, including holding general meetings, managing budgets, and overseeing accounting.

You will establish relationships with owners, syndics, and external service providers to ensure smooth and transparent management. You will also supervise works and services, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property portfolios, including rental properties, commercial properties, and residential properties
  • Hold general meetings with property owners and syndics to discuss property management and maintenance
  • Manage budgets and oversee accounting for properties
  • Establish relationships with external service providers, such as contractors and maintenance personnel
  • Supervise works and services, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Degree in real estate management, law, or accounting
  • Proven experience in property management
  • Proficiency in specific IT tools for the field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions
