Senior Regional Business Development Director for France

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the growth and expansion of Groupon's local commerce platform in France. As Senior Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to scale the business, expand our merchant and consumer base, and build a strong ecosystem of supply and demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Leadership: Oversee all Groupon operations in France, ensuring business growth, P&L performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Marketplace Growth: Develop localized strategies to expand our merchant and consumer base, focusing on building supply and selection city by city.
- Sales & Partnerships: Lead a high-performing sales team responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with local merchants, especially in the services sector.
- Market Penetration: Drive market share growth by identifying, analyzing, and capitalizing on opportunities in both new and existing cities.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the best customer experience by partnering with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance local service offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- P&L management, business strategy, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both French and English.
