Cybersecurity Director

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to join our Cloud & DevOps team in the Engineering department of our Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing security measures and controls, promoting cybersecurity practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with security teams from our clients to identify and implement security measures and controls
- Bring your cybersecurity expertise to support teams in France and Europe
- Help promote cybersecurity practices and implement associated tools across our portfolio of client projects
- Carry out and document risk assessments for various components
- Help manage security alerts: detect, assess, and respond to them
- Ensure our clients comply with cybersecurity laws and regulations, such as RGPD and HIPAA
- Coordinate security audits and compliance assessments for our clients
- Define our strategy for specialist cybersecurity partnerships, from identifying partners to managing contracts
- Work with functional teams to ensure optimal patching
- Engineering background in security, network, development, or a related field
- At least one previous experience in designing and implementing security measures
- Experience in security of public cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and compliance issues
- Familiarity with IT security tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and identity and access management systems
- Knowledge of network security, operational security, and functional security
- Experience integrating technical solutions (IAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with risk assessment, analysis, and management methodologies
- Proactive approach, analytical mind, and willingness to take ownership of issues independently
- One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or any other similar certification
- Regularly work in international environments
