Key Responsibilities

As a co-founder, you will be responsible for all aspects of the company along with your partners:


• Develop a concept and obtain a proof of concept by defining product/service, defining strategies and plans, and of course implementing those.


• Build and lead your team and implement a strong culture.


• Define and lead investment rounds.

Requirements


• Solid experience of at least 7 years, preferably working with fast-growing and scale up companies.


• Relevant leadership experience in one of this areas:

-Strategy, leading sales (CEO-CMO candidates),

-Product development, strategy and/or operation team (CTO -COO candidates)

-Finance (CFO candidates).


• Resolution to launch a B2B scalable startup (preferably SaaS, XR, Sustainability, Fintech or Cyber).


• MSc or MBA in business administration or relevant field.
