Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our Simcenter STAR-CCM+ team. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our 3D-CAD and surface preparation tools, collaborating with customers, business development teams, and customer support to identify market problems and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for our 3D-CAD and surface preparation tools, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Promote collaboration between various stakeholders, including customers, business development teams, and customer support, to ensure effective understanding and communication of market problems and requirements.
  • Lead product roadmap definition based on market analysis, customer feedback, and competitor research.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
Requirements:
  • MS or PhD in Engineering or relevant field, with significant experience in simulation or software development environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches through effective strategy and roadmapping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous and dynamic project requirements.
  • International travel expectations: up to 15% of working time may involve traveling to meet with global partners and customers.
